REMINDER: NEW YORK MICHAEL JACKSON FANS – This weekend will see the return of Brad Sundberg’s In The Studio With Michael Jackson seminar to Smash Studios in New York City.
Firstly, on Friday, February 20, Sundberg will offer a brand-new event he’s calling A Slice of HIStory – including pizza, soft drinks, and the music of the King of Pop. Not a bad way to spend a Friday night, right?
Sundberg will also bring some of the HIStory album personnel – Steve Porcaro, Rob Hoffman, and a surprise special guest – to the event via Skype, to hear their stories and memories of working with Jackson.
Then, on Saturday, February 21, Sundberg’s In The Studio With Michael Jackson seminar will take centre stage, featuring a full day of learning, laughing and feeling what it was like to be in the studio working side by side with Michael Jackson.
The In The Studio With Michael Jackson seminar is filled with music, stories, videos and memories spanning Sundberg’s eighteen years working with the greatest entertainer of all time on projects including Captain EO, Bad, Dangerous, HIStory, Blood On The Dance Floor, and, of course, the amazing Neverland Valley Ranch. “I was Michael’s Technical Director for nearly two decades,” says Sundberg, “but more importantly I considered him a good friend.”

If you can make it, I highly recommend going. If one is on the fence, don’t rationalize not going, you will not regret it! If you want to avoid driving into the city, I recommend taking a small carry pack and taking the NJ transit to Penn Station (under Madison Square Garden) and parking at Hamilton station. You will avoid the hassle of $60 parking, and it’s easier to get in and out of the city. Plus it’s fun! The seminars are excellent-unpretentious, informative, and fun. Brad is a smart, organized and gracious host. Well worth the cost.
Helo everybody,
I wish you all attendees to have great fun! Sorry, to be so far away from you, but I’ll be there in spirit with you all in the name of love, respect, gratitude which I have, I wear in my heart all my life for the greatest, brilliant – the King MJJ always! Be blessed!
